Part-time Year Round Bookkeeper
The Bookkeeper is responsible for all aspects of Quickbooks accounting and departmental XL spreadsheet summaries for daily deposits.
The Bookkeeper may act as a company liaison to outside agencies, group coordinators and vendors.
The Bookkeeper is directly responsible for; maintaining Quickbooks non-profit addition 2010, bill paying, filing, financial record keeping, monthly board reports, coordinating with Treasurer, daily deposit summary (assisting departments as needed), and payroll twice monthly.
Ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Quickbooks, utilize excellent communication skills and take initiative on innovations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Seasonal Full Time Rental Equipment Shop Manager
The Rental Equipment Manager is responsible for all aspects of the rental & retail equipment shop; supervises a staff of 2-4 employees, acts a company liaison to outside agencies, school districts, group coordinators & vendors.
The Rental Equipment Manager is directly responsible for; daily financial reports, maintaining all departmental equipment, maintaining departmental maintenance & customer records, assist & work with the lessons director & instructors as needed, oversee personnel related documentation, payroll & skill development.
The Rental Equipment Manager requires exceptional people skills and thorough knowledge of winter recreation equipment, primarily alpine skis & snowboards.
