Loup Loup Ski Area Summer Activity Report June 25th

We have made great progress this past week, getting basic plumbing lines & power conduits into the new building, and the second of the two tanks excavated. This progress despite ground water obstacles and a reduced crew due to other work being done on the Hill. Our “work party” on Saturday was successful in getting ditches dug and the sub-grade plumbing for the bathrooms finished.

We continue to need dump trucks to haul materials up from Okanogan and Winthrop (Does this sound like a broken record?!). Again, we could use a helping hand each day. A bit more form work and tying of steel is necessary before the concrete can be poured, which is planned for later this week.

A Big “Thanks” for help or materials for the past week goes out to: Joan Pfeiffer, John Hayes , Badger Excavation, North Valley Lumber, Valley Lumber, Cascade Concrete, and Okanogan Valley Concrete.
