Loup Loup Ski Area Summer Activity Report for September 25th

We were able to make good headway on the new building, and some headway on the repainting of the Lodge. A dedicated crew kept up the momentum getting the roof framed up, and starting the wrap of the building and getting windows installed. Our painting team leaders were not available, but a crew of High School helpers did manage to get some of the paint on to the Building!

This coming weekend, September 30th and October 1st (Jonathan’s Birthday!), the painting could conceivably be finished, and the sheeting on the roof of the New Building could also be finished. Our next steps would be decking, siding and finishing up the exterior work.

It would have been tough to match the previous weekend’s team efforts, but those that did show this last weekend, Dave Rudholm, Roscoe Roseland, Dick Roberts (of Mazama), Wilson Woolschlager, a few Board members and a number of Liberty Bell High School students, were greatly appreciated & did a great job.
