Loup Loup Ski Area Summer Activity Report for October 9th

Saturday was a busy day for our New Building, and those of us working on it. Plumbers were finishing the rough-in, we had 2 separate crews starting the siding with a third crew on the roof, and several “hot-shots” helping where needed. The windows facing the mountain are in and the siding started, as are the 2 sides facing the parking area and the ticket windows. Great visual progress. Sunday’s crew was a bit smaller, but we saw the first snow flakes of the season as our reward!

This coming weekend, October 14th and 15th, we will be able to put the exterior doors in and continue with the siding. Again, depending on manpower, we may start the decking. This is our last weekend before our “Taste of Two Valleys”, so let’s make it a good one! We start at 8:00, but 9:00 works for volunteers too 

Our hard working crew this past weekend included Ricky, Tinker, Jon, Brian, Roscoe, Peter, Ryan (who brought his Dad!), Tom, Liam, Tod, and 5 of your loyal Board Members.

For more information, & specifics about the next work session, contact your local LLSEF Board Member. Or Kurt @ 997-1600.
