The New Building took great strides this past week with the help of many. The painting was finished as predicted last week, the interior doors were hung, their respective hardware installed, bathroom sink counters installed, upstairs door and window trim finished, and the cabinets (custom built off-site) were brought up and installation darn near done. The Electrical Team swarmed and finished installing all but a few missing fixtures, a second set of stairs was installed and the prefabrication of our exterior railings continues off-site.

Our Plumber will start the fixture installation Tuesday afternoon, and a competing team will try to stay out of his way and begin installing the stall partitions about the same time. With Opening scheduled for this Saturday, the pressure is on (not that some of us ever thought it was “off”!!), but with luck & help, we hope to have the Bathrooms ready for use, if not the upper level, which should follow within another week.
