Summer Activities

You'll find the Loup Loup is a beautiful spot to be all year round. The Forest Service camp ground is within a mile of the ski area and open only when the snow is gone. USFS camping

Bear Mountain Nordic trails are utilized for the Methow Cycle Sport Mountain Challenge, here is a map of the route 10LoupMtBkRace.pdf

You will find the road gate open frequently Wednesday through Saturday

If you plan on being out past 5PM please park outside the gate.

The ski area permit area is designated non-motorized use year round

Please respect this designation and be aware you could encounter maintenance vehicles at any time.

Look out for cattle in late summer as the Loup Loup is designated range area.
